• All guests must be able to communicate in **English or Spanish**.
• Guests showing signs of **intoxication** will not be allowed to participate.
• Children **0–3 years old are not allowed**.
• Guests must be **18 years of age and present a valid photo ID** to drive the speedboat.
• Maximum weight capacity is **530 lbs. (240 kg)** per speed boat.
• You must **arrive 30 minutes prior** to your departure time.
• All customers must present a **credit card and I.D.** matching the card holder at check-in.
• **Prohibited:** Smoking, alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and drugs.

• A confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
• Please arrive **30 minutes** before your scheduled departure time.
• Minimum age to drive: **18+**. Minimum age to board: **3+**.
• Children 3-7 must be accompanied by an adult who is **hands-free** (not operating the boat).
• This experience requires **good weather**. Cancellations due to poor weather are fully refundable **only when suspended by port authorities**.
• This tour will have a maximum of **50 travelers**.

Duration: 2 hours. Returns to the original departure point.

Departure Schedules:

• Maximum Weight Limit: **530 lbs. (240 kg)** per boat and **260 lbs. (117 kg)** per person.
• Minimum Age: **3 years old**. Participants ages 3–17 must be accompanied by an adult on the same boat.
• **Cannot Participate:** Pregnant women, guests with recent surgeries, neck/back/arm/leg problems or casts, or those with epilepsy, heart conditions, and/or dizziness.

• We cannot exceed **2 participants per boat**.
• All guests must be able to communicate in **English or Spanish**.
• For the shared speedboat option, if you book alone and there isn't another person to share with, an **additional $35 USD** will be charged at check-in.
• The **MUSA gallery** at Punta Nizuc is only open to **intermediate and advanced swimmers** and during favorable weather.
