What to do in Cancun
Some say that the best things in life are priceless. Be sure to visit the following when visiting Cancun:
There are completely free public beaches in Cancun that can be visited every day; most have public services, parking, and restaurants, and in this list, we are going to give you details of each one so that you know them when you visit this paradise
Public Beaches:
Playa Delfines - Free
Playa Marlin - It's one of the busiest, with moderate to strong waves, so swim carefully and without putting yourself in danger. Parking, lifeguards, and utilities are all available.
Playa Langosta - It is a lovely and large beach that can be reached on foot due to its proximity to other beaches. Provides free public services. It's great for swimming and for the little ones, as the waves are gentle and you can spend hours playing in the water.
Playa Chac Mool - A lovely beach with soft, white sand, turquoise sea, and moderate to strong waves is perfect for a day trip on the weekend or during the week.
Playa Tortugas - There is adrenaline, adventure, and a variety of eateries on this beach where you can eat with a view of the sea. The water is shallow, and the waves are quiet. Spend a weekend on this gorgeous beach with your family, friends, or lover.
Playa Caracol - It is a pretty little beach with quiet surf. It is close to Plaza Caracol and offers a variety of public services.
Playa Ballenas - Because of the heavy waves, this beach is not advised for youngsters. Here come the surfers who like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Cancun's Hotel Zone, where there aren't as many people.
Public Places:
Mercado 28 - There, you can find many handicrafts made by hand by the artisans of the region and discover why many tourists visit this place.
Iglesia Cristo Rey - Take some time to get to know this sacred place.
Parque Las Palapas - In this place, you can admire in the afternoons how local people gather to enjoy various dishes and some snacks available in the many food carts. It is easy to find beauty in this impressive display.
Cancun's scenery is full of palm trees and sand, but the city on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula also has some interesting neighborhoods. You can find a location to hang out in Cancun, whether you want to socialize with other tourists or prefer a more quiet spot.
Isla Mujeres - This small island, known as a magical town, is located on the north shore of Cancun and offers a calm area for travelers looking for rest and leisure. This region is known for hauling golf carts, and a large number of people visit it on a daily basis.
Hotel Zone, Boulevard Kukulcan - Often known as the Hotel Zone, is home to many of Cancun's resorts and hotels. The area is about 14.5 miles long and provides convenient access to beaches, restaurants, and great public transit.
El Centro - A taste of local culture not seen in tourist areas, accessible by public transportation. Shopping malls, movie theaters, modest restaurants, and more are just a few of the attractions in this section of the Cancun activities.
Cancun Things to see - Before taking out your surfboard, remember that there are many things to see in Cancun. In fact, excursions in Cancun often provide excellent photo opportunities. Head to the El Rey ruins in the hotel zone for a chance to see some interesting ancient architecture and lots of iguanas. Hundreds of reptiles have made the ruins their home, and they are not camera-shy. You may also want to enjoy a sunset from Playa Delfines, where the views are picturesque and you won't have to share them with hundreds of other tourists.
Sightseeing in Cancun - Cancun, Mexico, provides a huge range of activities on land and at sea. Take a stroll through the interactive aquarium if you enjoy marine life. Cancun's water activities range from sailing and snorkeling to more adventurous sports like parasailing and scuba diving for those who wish to get their feet wet. Of course, Cancun's nightclub scene is also thriving, so there's plenty to do in the evenings. Cancun tours will help you decide what to see if you don't know where to begin.
