    It is called “Playa Tortugas.” Our meeting and departure point is located at Boulevard Kukulcán Km 6.5, in the Hotel Zone of Cancun.

    It is important to arrive and check-in at least 30 minutes before your tour departure time.

    Refunds do not apply for cancellations made within 4 days prior to your reserved activity. If any refund applies, it will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.

    Yes they do. The catamarans have 2 bathrooms, however the smaller ones have 1.

    The snorkeling activity is approximately 30 minutes, but it can vary according to each tour. This activity is subject to weather conditions and port authority.

    You have approximately one and a half to two hours of free time on the island to go wherever you want.

    Be sure to bring some extra cash for incidentals. Also bring towels and an extra change of clothes. In the facilities there are bathrooms, dressing rooms and showers. Also bring your camera and comfortable shoes.

    You should know that due to our commitment to protecting the environment, non-biodegradable suntan lotions are not allowed. A t-shirt is a good option to protect your skin. You can buy biodegradable lotions in our boutiques.

    Playa Norte is the best place to stay in Isla Mujeres if you are visiting for the first time. It is located on the island's northern tip and it’s the most popular tourist destination. It's adjacent to the main ferry station, making it excellent for day trips to Cancun.

    It is fairly simple to get around Isla Mujeres. You can rent a golf cart or a bicycle and take a leisurely tour of the island. Remember to bring water, especially during the hot summer months, but you'll need to stay hydrated all year.
