  • The pick up will be in the lobby of your hotel if you stay in the hotel zone. If you are in the city center, you will be given a specific meeting point (if you selected the option with transportation).

  • It is important to be 10 minutes before the time of your pick up.

  • Photography and video service is not included. You will have the option to pay for one of the packages offered by the park, if you wish.
  • Bring a bathing suit, water shoes and use chemical-free insect repellent.
  • For your comfort, we suggest you come to the Park with shorts, a t-shirt, a bathing suit and swimming shoes. We provide safety equipment.
  • Please help us protect our environment by using chemical-free sunscreen and suntan lotions.
  • Souvenirs and tips are not included in the ticket price.

  • Seats are not assigned at the show

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience’s start time.

    The admission price to Xcaret for children is 25% off the adult price, it also applies for the Xcaret Plus admission tickets.

    Xcaret Plus offers all of the features of the normal Xcaret Tour plus lunch, drinks, snorkeling equipment, lockers, and towels.

    If you plan to do the subterranean lazy river and eat at one of the buffet restaurants, it's a decent deal. While eating at the buffet, you are entitled to one beer and limitless beverages.

    If you purchased a regular ticket, you will be required to bring your own towel or rent one for a modest cost. The Xcaret Plus package includes towels.

    No, the Xcaret Plus admission does not include transportation. Only the TOURS include transportation departing from hotels in Cancun or Riviera Maya.

    The footwear recommended are comfortable shoes as the Park is very big and you are going to walk a lot. Also, bring along a towel and a change of dry clothes in case of practicing water activities.

    Yes we have lockers in Xcaret; if you bought the Plus admission, it is included. If you bought a Basic admission, you can rent a locker at the modules distributed in the Park.

    Yes, a person in a wheelchair can enter to Xcaret Park,, since our facilities are accessible. We have wheelchairs for rent at $399 MXN, (it is necessary to leave an ID and a $40 USD deposit as warranty at the time of delivery). If you purchased a Tour and a guest use a wheelchair, please inform us by calling to our Customer Service numbers, in order to provide you the best service.

    The schedules for Xcaret Park are from 8:30 AM to 10:30 PM and open Monday to Sunday, including holidays.

    Reservations, changes and cancellations

    At the moment you purchase online and you click on pay, a coupon will appear. This means that your purchase was completed. This coupon must be printed and presented at the park's ticket booths along with the credit card used for purchase and an official ID.

    No, you can’t transfer a ticket to someone else. They are only valid for the visitor who placed the purchase.

    Yes, you can change your date of visit to another one within the period of one year from the date of purchase of the ticket.

    If you could not print the coupon, contact us at the reservation center and with your coupon number or the name of the person that purchased, we will send it again to your email.     Transportation

    When purchasing online your Admission with transportation to the parks, a list of hotels with available pickup will be displayed. The exact time will be confirmed upon purchase. It is essential to show 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup. It is important to confirm your transportation service with at least 48 hours in advance. The transportation that will pick you up at your hotel may have the logo of any of our Parks: Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor or the company logo Grupo Xcaret. The transfer may be by van or luxury bus, depending on the operation.

    If your hotel is not in the list, if you are staying in an Airbnb, hostel, with family or anywhere, you can choose one of the following meeting points and Grupo Xcaret official transportation will pick you up there.
