  • Snorkeling: Maximum of 6 to 10 people per boat in the activity of snorkeling If you or a family member gets very anxious in the water, doesn't know how to swim or just needs an extra hand, please contact us before booking, we have a tour specially designed for Non-swimmers and beginners.
  • Jet ski:
  • The combo with single jet ski is only for 1 person, without a partner.
  • It is required to reserve 2 participants for each shared combo (prices are per person). The person driving the jet ski will always have to be over 18 years of age.
  • Everyone less than 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who carries out the activity.
  • The pick up time at your hotel will be assigned at the time of making your reservation. Transportation is shared with other clients.
  • In the jet ski activity it is the only activity where you cannot carry a cell phone or camera for safety reasons.

    The activity lasts approximately 2 hours 30 minutes. Consider 1 additional hour of transportation times.

    Of course, our tour is friendly for people who don't know how to swim or have little or no experience! You will be able to enjoy the tour since we offer life jackets, our trained guides will give you personalized attention and help at every moment. The guides will have a life jacket that you can hold on to. Lastly, we have masks that cover the entire face, so you won't have to breathe through the tube.

    All schedules are perfect for carrying out the activity, they allow good visibility into the water and marine life, the behavior of the water (current) does not change either.

    The water in Cancun remains at 25 degrees Celsius all year round, at any time of the day you will have a pleasant feeling. If required, the company has the option of the neoprene suit for an extra cost.

    Yes, you can bring companion(s), but prior reservation is required and there is a cost. The companion will be able to be on the boat at all times with the other crew, and the crystal clear water will allow him or her to observe everything that happens during the tour.

    The activity is subject to weather conditions. It will be canceled for your safety when the seaport is declared closed by the Port Captaincy. We let you know if your activity has been canceled and will give you the option to reschedule or get a full refund.
